Explorer: freshly created application (via wizard) is not showing up in explorer unless I refresh it

ASSERT: Explorer: make sure that you have a v3 connection unfolded showing the project and all it's children EXEC: select your project and pick New->Application from the context menu EXEC: in Application wizard, 1st page: pick a template and hit "Details". Inspect and keep in mind what resources will be created (buildConfigs, imageStreams, pods, routes, etc.). EXEC: hit "Finish", have the new application created (from template) EXEC: look at the explorer and verify that the new resources (buildConfigs, imageStreams, pods etc) show up
