Conncetion wizard: should not have to test v2 and v3 connections, only <automatic> ones

    Description

      Currently a user has to choose a connection type, provider the server url and test the connection.
      Testing the connection should only be required for <automatic> (-detection) connections where the user doesnt provide the type.
