Cant edit username and password for a connection

      1. ASSERT: Have a v2 or v3 connection
      2. EXEC: In OpenShift Explorer, select your connection and hit "Edit Connection" in the context menu

      Result:
      The connection dialog shows but it does not allow you to edit the username and password for the connection. The wizard is missing the text-fields for the username and password.
