Irrelevant server item at 4.2.0 Final What's New page

If you look at http://tools.jboss.org/documentation/whatsnew/jbosstools/4.2.0.Final.html#externally-managed-setting-for-servers-moved-to-launch-configuration

There is an item for
JBIDE-17076 Move 'externally managed' server setting into the launch config ui's

This was done for 4.2.0 Beta2

But later it was reverted with
JBIDE-17616 Move 'externally managed' from launch config to server editor

I understand that currently the Final What's New page is an aggregate of all pre-final pages, so that's how this happened. And there is an ongoing discussion about this.

But before a the mechanism is changed, I would prefer to simply remove this one item from the Beta2 N&N page - better to remove it altogether than to show an irrelevant item in the Final N&N page.

Let me know if you agree and I can create a PR for it.
