Warning decorator on the "JAX-RS Web Services" node when no application is defined

    Description

      Moving to 4.2.0.CR1. The problem decorator on the "JAX-RS Web Services" node is not refresh as it should, but a call to the "refresh" action on that node fixes the problem.
