Starting F2 twice is not possible

To reproduce:

• Open the Forge Console View in JBoss Tools
• Switch to the 2.0.0.Final embedded runtime (using the toolbar dropdown)
• Push the green start button
• Wait until F2 is started
• Push the red stop button
• Push the green start button again

This results in following stacktrace:
