CordovaSim: need to provide a more intelligible message for Aerogear Push Plugin

Adding the Aerogear Push Cordova Plugin causes an error in CordovaSim/Ripple - http://screencast.com/t/Ud7ZlQQvJ
Need to provide a more intelligible message "Push can not be simulated, use real hardware". Simulation is not necessary as no "sim" that I have seen addresses APNS/GCM, you must have a real device, as the message is delivered via Apple/Google and the network carrier (or Internet).
