Application wizard: rework page/model setup in ApplicationConfigurationWizardPage

    Description

      The page/model setup in ApplicationConfigurationWizardPage is messy.
      #onPageActivated is called when the page is activated as 1st page of the wizard, but also when we switch from page2 back to this page. This causes resources to get loaded even if we switch from page2 to page1.
