all-tests/pom.xml must refer to correct version of root pom (4.1.1-SNAPSHOT, not 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT)

      Tests in Central project are failing due to wrong version of parent pom ref in all-tests/pom.xml:

      [FATAL] Non-resolvable parent POM: Could not find artifact org.jboss.tools:central.maven.examples:pom:4.1.0-SNAPSHOT in jboss-developer-repository-group (https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/developer/) and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM @ line 5, column 10

      Solution for 4.1.x / 4.1.1.1Alpha1x branches:

      For master, you might want to consider upversioning the root pom and all refs to 4.2.0-SNAPSHOT instead of 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
