Provide instant access link for EAP downloads in runtime detection download dialog

Following JBIDE-15053, I still don't like the fact that we point users to access.redhat.com instead of the direct link available at http://www.jboss.org/jbossas

Go to Preferences -> JBoss Tools -> Runtime Detection -> Download and try to download EAP 6.1. You will be shown this link:
https://access.redhat.com/jbossnetwork/restricted/listSoftware.html?downloadType=distributions&product=appplatform&version=6.1.0

Click this and after you log in you will be shown this message unless you have a subscription:
You do not have access to the requested software.

Would it be possible to point to the link from http://www.jboss.org/jbossas instead? That one starts downloading EAP 6.1 immediately.
