Credentials dialog: should get default server if switch from existing to new connection

      1. ASSERT: make sure you have at least 1 connection in OpenShift Explorer with a connection to a non-default server (ex. uncheck "use default server" but keep http://openshift.redhat.com)
      2. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: select your connection with non-default server and hit Connect to OpenShift

      1. EXEC: in the credentials connections dialog that pops up, switch the combo from your existing connection with the non-default server to <New Connection>

      Result:
      The use default server checkbox is not checked and the Server text-field is not disabled (not greyed out)

      The use default server checkbox should get checked and the Server text-field disabled (greyed out)
