      EXECUTE:
      1. Create JSF Kickstart project
      2. Create file test.jsp:

      <%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/xml" prefix="x" %>

      3. Save file test.jsp and close editor
      4. Open Problem View
      5. Select problem Missing required attribute "select" then press Ctrl+1
      ASSERT:
      Quick fix "Add 'select' attribute to '<x:if>' tag" appears
