Upgrade infinispan from 9.4.5.Final to 11.0.3.Final

to fix the security vulnerability: https://github.com/jberet/jsr352/network/alert/pom.xml/org.infinispan:infinispan-core/open , and in sync with the infinispan used in WildFly.
