[Release notes] ejb-name tag in interceptor-binding Supports Regular Expression Usage

In the ejb-name tag in interceptor-binding Supports Regular Expression Usage section of release notes, I think we should mention that this functionality is not enabled by default. It is enabled by setting the allow-ejb-name-regex attribute of ejb3 subsystem to true.
