Deprecate binary-keyed-jdbc-store and mixed-keyed-jdbc-store

These implementations are inefficient and are being removed without replacement in Infinispan 9.0.
As string-keyed-jdbc-store will be the only remaining implementation, we can rename this to jdbc-store.
