[GSS](7.0.z) Error applying patch through CLI

    Description

      When applying patch through jboss-cli.bat on Windows, if the patch modifies jboss-cli.bat file itself, it might causes very strange behavior.

      On Windows, when running a .bat script, if the script changes itself, the command line interpreter loads the changes and continues running the script on same line number but now with different lines. This might lead to very strange behavior on Windows.
