Various important irrelevant resources are hidden in Elytron - Other - SSL tab

Inside of Other view there are SSL, TRANSFORMER and DIR CONTEXT tabs. It's hard to expect and look for following resources inside of SSL tab:

• Security Domain
• Security Property
• Provider Loader

The main added value for web console should be it's intuitive so we have to find right place for these resources. I suggest two possible solutions

• Split SSL tab to SSL tab and Other tab
• Rename SSL tab to something like SSL/Other
