Property substitution appears to be removed from helloworld-mdb-propertysubstitution

While reviewing the "Enable EJB and MDB Property Substitution in an Application" documentation for code updates, I noticed the property substitution seems to be replaced in this quickstart with hard-coded values.

I need a developer to look at the code and either verify it or fix it.
