[GSS](7.4.z) wildfly-cli-client.jar should be in org.jboss.eap:wildfly-cli-client instead of org.wildfly.core:wildfly-cli

This maven module org/wildfly/core/wildfly-cli/ builds the module wildfly-cli.jar which is used as a server side jar that is private API and also builds a shaded jar wildfly-cli-client.jar which is $JBOSS_HOME/bin/client/jboss-cli-client.jar.  

The shaded jar should be moved (or copied) over from core to wildfly and built as wildfly-client-all.jar ($JBOSS_HOME/bin/client/jboss-client.jar) is built, since a user would expect the versioning to go along with the wildfly/EAP version and not the core version.
