Prospero removes some artifacts from manifest file during the update

Prospero removes "org.apache.lucene:lucene-join", "org.wildfly.core:wildfly-jar-boot" and "org.wildfly.galleon-plugins:wildfly-config-gen" artifacts from manifest file during the update.

It is possible that those files are useless in original manifest.yaml file in EAP distribution. The situation should be investigated.

Feel free to reassign this issue to the prod team.
