Description
Environment:
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019
JSVC: jbcs-jsvc-1.2.4-SP10-win6-x86_64(latest as of 2021-12-16)
From jbcs-jsvc-1.2.4-SP10-win6-x86_64, JSVC run JBoss EAP process as "Local Service" instead of "LocalSystem".
(see release note1.2.0: https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-daemon/changes-report.html)
Not like "LocalSystem", since "Local Service" doesn't have enough privileges to write EAP_HOME directory by default, JBoss EAP fails to start without any log.
The installation guide should have a step to configure directory access control, or service.bat should have some kind auto configuration feature.
