(7.4.z) ClientCompatibilityUnitTestCase hangs on SE 17

    Description

      ClientCompatibilityUnitTestCase hangs on SE 17. The test driver main thread hangs executing the read-resource op in ClientCompatibilityUnitTestBase.test (currently L266). The server thread dump doesn't show anything happening.

      This is may be best resolved via an Assume in various test methods. It's not a requirement that management clients as old as AS 7.1.1 work when run on SE 17.
