Update tarLongFileMode to use POSIX

    Description

      WildFly fails to build when the UID and/or GID of the user who executed `build.sh` are bigger than 2097151. A straightforward fix for this JIRA is to use the TarArchiver behavior POSIX instead of GNU (i.e. change tarLongFileMode to use posix)
