[GSS](7.3.z) JBJCA-1410 - Fix performance regression in Ironjacamar JCA.

    Description

      A feature for JBJCA-1410 has inadvertently introduced a regression.
      Fixes have been created and benchmarked using SPECjEnterprise2010. Results were captured for Wildfly 22.0.1.Final on JSE8 and JSE9 to check the desired outcome.

      The version of Ironjacamar including all fixes is 1.4.31.Final.
