Verify that the native library is invoked on s390x

Similarly to Power, we have to make sure that once this native library has been added to EAP it is being (it can be) used on Z machine.

The s390x build of wildfly-openssl has been in EAP for many months but has not been tested. We added it in EAP during 7.2.5 CP cycle but it has not been confirmed yet by QE it is correctly invoked/used once it is meant to be.

I think that we can join the effort on Power now for 7.3.5 and test on both (on all three basically) platforms.

We have to confirm with Intel QE how to test such thing.
