[7.4.beta] Add info for JCA/transaction trace logging

We had a support escalation in relation to our upgrade documentation that I think we can resolve with some more details in our documentation.

"Product comment: "We have been using JBoss EAP 6.x for many years, and there are some dramatic differences between EAP 6 and EAP 7. Most of the upgrade documentation has helped, but there are some configuration changes that are not clearly documented."

Likely will need to add info for JCA/transaction trace logging from the KBase article[1] created for the case to docs.
