Default JVM memory for EAP container is higher than default in templates

By default started EAP 7.3 image has set heap to:
-Xms1303m -Xmx1303m

however limit for started EAP pod in templates is set to MEMORY_LIMIT = 1Gi in [1].

Those values should be at least in sync, better MEMORY_LIMIT should be higher as there is some memory required for RHEL in the container.
