Missing '=' in argument description in XP manager help

Some arguments expecting paths from filesystem contains =<dir> in example:

 --jboss-home=<dir> 
 --jboss-config-directory=<dir> 

and some expecting a file do not:

--base-patch 
--xp-patch

This doesn't affect the actual execution of XP manager since it only accepts a command line using = as a divider between argument key and value.
