    Description

WFLY-10326 / EAP7-830 was an RFE to add settings to control global memory usage for messaging servers that was included in EAP 7.3. The docs at [1] and [2] discuss these in terms of a relationship to an 'address-settings' element, but in the management API they appear under /subsystem=messaging-activemq/server=default and in xml they are attributes of the 'journal' element.
