JBOSS CLI Automation fails with The command is not available in the current context

The attached script failes to execute with the error "The command is not available in the current context (e.g. required subsystems or connection to the controller might be unavailable)." as a script. But these command executes perfectly when executed one by one.
Observation is that, when used embedded-server, it is failing to execute the conditional statements. But it was no where specified that conditional statements are not supported when using embedded-server.
