Deprecate broker client discovery

Request to to deprecate jms client discovery for JMS connection factories and JCA, as described in chapter "Discovery Groups on the Client Side" of [1]

Discovery support for jms clustering should still be supported. However, from client side, we should recommend to use straight TCP (with multiple hosts if needed) to connect to connect to broker or cluster of brokers.
