Quickstart OpenShift docs workflow broken; imagestreams pointing to new secured registry

The instructions for deploying quickstarts to OpenShift container platform need to provide a link to documentation that describes how to configure authentication to the Red Hat Container Registry. Otherwise, they will see authentication errors when they import the image streams and templates into the newly create namespace.

I have set this as a blocker, because the current documentation wil not work with the GitHub-hosted imagestreams and templates. This affects the 7.1, current and future CD releases, and upcoming 7.2) . Since we do not respin the quickstarts for prior releases, this only impacts 7.2.
