[CD-14]Management CLI Guide does not mention comment capability

This issue regards the EAP 7.1 Management CLI Guide. The documentation does not mention the capability to use the hash symbol (#) as a way of providing no-op comments to CLI.

PS: Chapter 8 of the Guide states: "Batch mode is indicated by the hash symbol (#) in the prompt." However, is it wise to use that symbol as both prompt and comment? An argument could be made this is overloading the symbol.
