picketbox 5.0.3.Final-redhat-2 has been included in the prod build of WF core 5.0.5.Final-redhat-00001 while not present in tag https://github.com/jbossas/wildfly-core-eap/tree/5.0.5.Final-redhat-dev

picketbox 5.0.3.Final-redhat-2 upgrades version of javax.transaction:jta dependency to 1.1 (licensed under CDDL 1.0)
original version 1.0.1B is not available in maven repo central because of sun proprietary license
see http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/javax/transaction/jta/1.0.1B/ - pom file is there but not jar
compare to http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/javax/transaction/jta/1.1/

this is not functional change - it is to fix the dependency tree for the EAP maven repo / to be able build from sources with EAP maven repo + maven central only
