standalone and domain shell scripts should fail on unsupported JDK's

With the new Java release cycle there will be many versions that we (Red Hat) won't support. It would be nice if the startup scripts either threw an error or displayed a warning and prompted for confirmation before booting with 1.9 or another unsupported JDK.
