Wrong numbering in readme for picketlink-sts quickstart

In Run the Quickstart in Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio or Eclipse section step 4 does not start on a new line and instead of step 5 there is 1 again.

There is also a typo in Access the Application section, double colon after Note:
Note:: You also see the following warnings in the server log. These warnings are expected because the quickstart does not provide a configuration that persists tokens.
