Issues with readme for ejb-security quickstart

1. Updating user role in Investigate the Console Output requires server restart for changes in user role to propagate. Note about this should be added.
2. There is leftovers of old ejb-security in Run the Quickstart in Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio or Eclipse instructions:

You are presented with a browser login challenge. Enter the credentials as described above to access and test the running application.

Since the quickstart now uses EJB client, this step should be replaced with instructions on how to run the client application
