PowerShell scripts should be present in EAP7.
These scripts were removed from EAP in ~~JBEAP-1089~~:

domain.ps1
jboss-cli.ps1
standalone.conf.ps1
standalone.ps1

These scripts is ready now. EAP7 jira is mark as technical preview in EAP7-457
