Socket bindings without any configuration always triggers server configuration tasks

There is an option on Socket Bindings screen to Configure custom port bindings. User have to select on of (or both) server mode checkboxes. Pressing next without selecting any (basically meaning no server configuration is required) however triggers the server configuration tasks and server is started with all profiles.

We should either cover this case and do not trigger any server configuration tasks, or force user to select at least one of server mode checkboxes in case that Configure custom port bindings is selected (I slightly prefer the second option).
