Remove Ignore annotations from jaxrs integration tests if the test passes

Remove Ignore annotation from the jaxrs tests, since the issues were fixed long time ago:

• testsuite/integration/basic/src/test/java/org/jboss/as/test/integration/jaxrs/provider/CustomProvidersTestCase.java
• testsuite/integration/basic/src/test/java/org/jboss/as/test/integration/jaxrs/validator/cdi/BeanValidationCdiIntegrationTestCase.java
