Default devstudio/jbt project RemoteSystemsTempFiles covers new feature in Eclipse 2019-03

      1. Run devstudio
      2. Open IDE's workspace folder and remove the project RemoteSystemsTempFiles from file system.
      3. In ProjectExplorer, click Refresh and confirm the dialog "Project location has been deleted" by Delete button
      4. Default eclipse offering in Project/Package explorer is available

      1. View Menu of ProjectExplorer -> Filters and customization ...
      2. Under pre-set filters find RSE Internal project and uncheck it
      3. RemoteSystemsTempFiles will appear in Project explorer, delete it with checked "Delete project contents on disk".
      4. Default eclipse offering in Project/Package explorer is available

      When devstudio is started in a fresh workspace, one can see new eclipse feature introduced in 2019-03 version but it disappears in a while.
