As jboss.org Developer I would like to be able to present info in central faster so our users can get access to quickstarts, wizards, tutorials as they are made available

      Description

      Convert JBoss Central into a HTML-based component. This should allow for easier long-term maintenance and faster/easier ad-hoc updates being pushed to users. In addition, better scalability should others wish to contribute wizards, archetypes, quickstarts and showcase examples.
