generate descriptive text blocks for CSP artifacts

    Description

      Currently, this is done by hand and it's error prone and time-wastey.

      So, I propose a new feature to add into https://github.com/jbdevstudio/jbdevstudio-product/tree/master/results to produce the copy needed to describe the various JBDS artifacts that are pushed to the CSP. That way changes to copy can be controlled through PRs instead of IRC chats.

      Artifacts to describe:

      • installer standalone
      • installer w/ EAP
      • souces
      • update site
      • central site
      • early access site? No. See JBDS-3056
