      Unable to install anything from Central, because of empty https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/extras/site.xml and https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/site.xml.
      com.jboss.jbds.central.discovery_1.0.0.v20120605-2229-H183-CR1.jar points there.
