Missing dependencies on jbcs-httpd24-httpd-2.4.29-17.jbcs.el7.x86_64

1) Enable the JBCS repo 2) Install the JBCS package with "yum install jbcs-httpd24-httpd" 3) Start the JBCS httpd service then the JBCS service fails to start.
