modsecurity.d folder has wrong group

      yum install jbcs-httpd24-httpd
      ls -al /opt/rh/jbcs-httpd24/root/etc/httpd/

      yum install jbcs-httpd24-httpd ls -al /opt/rh/jbcs-httpd24/root/etc/httpd/

    Description

      Configure folder modsecurity.d has ownership root:root instead of root:apache like other folders at /opt/rh/jbcs-httpd24/root/etc/httpd folder.
      Also group and others doesn't have write permission like other folders
