      Description

      Sort through the issues needed to fully support deployment workflows via the CLI.

      To do deployment via the CLI, users need to be able to associate an input stream with their command. (There's a deployment upload command variant that passes a URL to the server that the server accesses, but that requires that the URL be accessible from the server.)
