Sync up ClusteredDeploymentRepository's addDeploymentContent with BasicDeploymentRepository

BasicDeploymentRepository.addDeploymentContent includes some logic to handle deployment options, e.g. exploding an archive deployment. Clustered version should do the same.

Also, investigate how to get both classes using the same code.
