Modify "testConnection" ManagedOperation to return a composite value containing a Boolean and a String

      Returning a composite value containing a Boolean and a String would be useful.

      For example, when invoking a test operation it would be useful to get a String with the specific failure message if the operation failed (please see JOPR-324).
