Register JBossCacheManager in JMX using JBosWeb Registry.registerComponent

Create an mbeans-descriptors.xml and register it like other Tomcat components.

This way we get attribute/operation descriptors in the JMX console. Somewhat important, as the parent task is going to result in some duplicate attribute names with the same meaning.
